Samora Group Earns Remarkable Achievements at TKMPN 2025

Samora Group once again demonstrated its commitment to innovation and quality excellence by securing multiple awards at the 2025 National Quality and Productivity Convention (TKMPN), held at Harmoni One Hotel & Convention Centre from 24–28 November 2025. At this year’s convention, Samora Group participated with 13 teams and earned a total of four Platinum Awards and nine Gold Awards, in addition to receiving the Best Presentation and Most Favorite titles. These achievements reaffirm Samora Group’s consistent focus on driving continuous improvement across its operational activities. 

TKMPN is one of Indonesia’s largest quality and productivity forums, bringing together leading organizations from various sectors to share best practices, innovations, and process improvement initiatives. The increased number of participating teams from Samora Group compared to the previous year reflects the growing adoption of a continuous improvement culture across the organization. 

 

 

The awards received serve as tangible evidence that each improvement initiative contributes directly to enhancing operational efficiency and strengthening process quality.

Beyond the awards, TKMPN served as a valuable platform for participants to connect, exchange ideas, and expand networks with companies from across Indonesia. The enthusiasm was evident throughout the event. 

This was also highlighted by Ira Nathania, a facilitator representing Samora Group. She witnessed firsthand how each team showcased its project with strong passion and commitment. 

“The enthusiasm shown by participants this year was truly inspiring. TKMPN is not only a stage for showcasing innovation, but also a collaborative learning space that strengthens the national quality ecosystem. I hope Samora Group continues to move forward and drive improvements across various areasnot only for the company but also for the nation’s development,” said Ira Nathania. 

She also noted that TKMPN is more than an annual competition; it is an opportunity for every employee to grow. 

“I hope even more initiatives will emerge from Samora Group employees in the future. Improvement is not something instant, it is a culture that must be continuously nurtured. Every idea playan important role, and every improvement brings real benefits to our work,” she added.

With a more robust improvement of culture and stronger cross-unit collaboration, the company is confident it will continue to generate more breakthroughs in the future.
