Ziba’s mission is origin-focused: they work closely with farmers and cooperatives in rural Afghanistan and pay them fair prices, upfront, for their best product. They do all of their processing within the country, in a purpose-built factory, in order to capture the most value for Afghans: to provide full-time jobs and a steady income to as many people as possible.
